I have had Ethernet running on this pc before but the adapter always showed up, Previously my house got struck by lightning and the router got fried. Ever since that incident ive been using usb tethering to my computer and I'm now swapping back as I just got my new router.The issue is I'm not seeing an adapter inside of device manager and I'm not seeing anything in the network adapters section of control panel. - LAN enabled in bios- Reset pc no difference- Uninstalled drivers relaunched- Attempted to install LAN drivers for my motherboard, didnt work- Ran multiple troubleshooting options- Tur
