How do I FINALLY for once and for evermore turn off that idiotic "Lets Finish Screwing Up Your Computer" nagger?

I'm so absolutely sick of seeing that. I don't need 365, I don't want M$ having access to my android phone. Hell, I didn't even want a Microsoft email account. I still never use it or Outlook. I don't even use the M$ browser.So, I know someone at M$ has the answer to my question. I already know how to shut it down short term, I want to never, ever in life see it again.
