We are using Mail on Windows 10 (version 16005.14326.21472.0). My wife has a live.com account that has been rejecting emails and saying the Inbox is full for months now, despite lots of deleting and other efforts. Actual response is, "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly." Help!
