Recently, Quick Access on all of our computers at work have been dumping the user entered links randomly. They will stick for a day or two, then dump again. It always lets you redefine them. Everything about it works fine otherwise, and the base 4 shortcuts are always there. We've tried turning the view off and back on under View/Options, and clearing the file history multiple times. No help.Why is this happening and how do I stop it? Internet searches are useless because most problems seem to be that it stops working and you can't define new links.
