Defender is eating my accounting application

Hello. I have a small company with several PCs, all running Windows 10 Pro. Lately, Windows Defender started deleting a very important application we use, even terminating its process (which leads to data corruption). I'm certain that it's a false positive (which I verified with VirusTotal), yet I can't find a way to report it to the Defender team as a false positive. A web search was of no help (unfortunately, lately Google Search is mostly useless, due to returning tons of junk results plus more AI junk), so I'm asking here how to deal with the problem.
