Following threads on this since February 23 and cannot see a resolution. There is a constant stream of people reporting that sky are totally disinterested in helping with this this. When ringing an advisor for support with this ongoing issue today, I was told " it is not sky's responsibility to make their software work with windows 11 as such a minority of users are on windows 11, it is not worth their while to come up with a solution".Correct me if I'm wrong but that sounds like shoddy customer care from sky?Surely Windows 11 will become the industry standard soon?
