I have a Virtual Server with dedicated hardware and a fresh new Windows Server 2022.The server has 6 dedicated cores, 48GB RAM, which are almost not utilized (1% CPU Usage, 7% RAM usage).And still the server is very slow and laggy when connected via Remote Desktop, even if you drag an explorer windows around.I checked the performance with CineBench SingleCPU benchmark, but the numbers were not significantly low, although working on it feels like a pain, because there is a delay after each click.I checked with another VPS from another provider with much less hardware and it run more smoothly th
