Exam stopped due to video not streaming

Hi,I have took DP-203 Associate Data Engineer exam today ate 9:45 IST. When I writing the exam, in the middle they have revoked the access due to my video stream is not visible. but I can visible and it was recording in the my screen. They have revoked my access of exam and I can't access the OnVue exam dashboard with access key. Please help me with the some solutions.
