Crackling audio when recording 'capture' moments with the windows record function.

Hey champsI'm having some crackly audio come up when I hit 'save recording' (windows, alt, G) on the video files. Strangely, some videos are fine... audio comes out perfect. But others, the audio is coming through, its just crackly. I have my settings set to record for 5 mins. 1080p quality at 60 frames. any ideas or suggestions? Im confused because its happening to some and not others, and I'm not changing settings at all. any help would be appreciated.
