Windows 10 Home.Over a week ago, I installed update KB5039211, for OS builds '19044.4529 and 19045.4529' and moved on with life.Today, I turned on my computer and was greeted with an 'offer' to upgrade my computer to Windows 11. After jumping through its hoops I declined the 'offer.'
