Why is bitdefender spazzing out over something by the name of CRX_INSTALL\web.js ????

So ive had bitdefender for a long time now and this is the first time ive seen this happen. I dont know what CRX installer is, but i cant delete it because it just keeps coming back. I also cant restore it because also keeps coming back as an "unwanted app". Could someone help?
