Microsoft user interface section warranty and or out of warranty repair status sends you on an endless loop while logged into your account.. After waiting 45 minutes on the phone and being routed all over the place (must call “store, then routed to repair service aka support) a tech mentioned there’s a major bug in the user interface of Microsoft for over two weeks and you won’t get to see any progress of repair status, only a **** of frustration and time lost! Thanks Microsoft software engineers you’re overpaid and useless
