Since the 13th of june my accounts email address was changed when my account was hacked. I din not get an email asking if I did it, not a single notification about it. I have talked to 2 support agents and they told me to wait 2-3 business days. It's been 2 weeks and still no response. Is it so hard to do your job? I have receipts and the old email address to prove anything needed.
