Learning visual c++ but code flags as a virus

So I'm trying to learn a bit of visual c++(And must confess it is a bit of a learning curve to say the least). I'm using visual studio 2019 community edition, I've added the C++ capabilities. I'm using lots of chatgpt to help (obviously risky - but actually pretty helpful in my opinion).
