how to configure iOS devices that utilize Exchange EWS to support either MX record

We have used Exchange for many years for our clients, but recently with Internet Outages increasing we are moving toward redundant/mixed media (fiber, COAX, 4G/5G) to ensure if one goes down, the client has Internet. We are pretty much through the firewall changes, but did have a question how to support both MX records with the EWS url as the two ISPs have separate MX records.The router is basically setup as Failover, but not sure how to handle this for the urls for EWS, OWA, etc in the Exchange configuration.Thanks,Brian
