Please -exasperated by attempts to ensure that at cold boot a pc is on the internet at the Sign In page BEFORE any one has signed in.I have perused the issue online and tried various suggested solutions to no availThe pc is Win10 22h2 build 19045.4651 as reinstalled & activated a few days back & fully updated.... the Internet link is hardwired to the router.Please - appropriate instruction or link to same to achieve such reqiurement.Many thanks, John
