A few days earlier I was trying to download a program, but I couldn't find it so I went around downloading from random sites (stupid me). I briefly remember that I did not get past the setup.exe screen as I closed it out. However, this has since then appeared in anti-virus protection. Under "action options:, it does not do anything. Even if I click remove or quarantine it either just doesn't go away or it still appears on the next reboot. I also have tried to find the folder where it is affecting (2nd screenshot) and deleted it, but to no avail.
