Just received new tablet PC and attempted to set up for first time use. It seems to be an internal cursor (gray bubble) that's hovering over the system apps in the taskbar. This gray bubble continuously appears in multiples (sometimes 3 or four of them) but only over system applications such as Microsoft News, Microsoft Edge, Multi-Window, and File Explorer. I have disabled touch controller to see if that would help, but it didn't. I have unpinned the apps from the task bar as well.
