What third party duplicate file finder product works with Apple and Microsoft products?

Hello,I have mass duplicate photos increasing each day on my OneDrive gallery of photos. I have an iPhone 14 Plus but a Microsoft desktop computer which Windows O/S 10. Can’t get effective MIcrosoft get help phone support, with Microsoft 365 Service subscription. I’m totally frustrated with limited help from Apple and Microsoft phone support.Thank you for any guidance. Laurie
