Waiting on hold for the sixth time in two days for a reauthetnicator reset.After 15 minutes on hold, you get a service person, who promises to track down a technician, then puts you on hold. Then the technician-- there appears to be just one -- may -- or may not - call you back not promptly, or even when promised, but whenever they get to it. Then, you repeat the process, 30 minutes each time, all for a reset that should take, say, one minute. Meanwhile, you can't use Office 365 for as long as they take...
