Why does copilot sometimes show a screen that says 'coming soon'?

copilot is enabled on my account, sometimes it works well, other times I repeatedly get the 'coming soon' screen even after restarting my PC and logging into my Microsoft account. What is the cause and how do I avoId it? It's a significant loss to productivity to have an intermittent issue, when in fact Copliot is offered as a productivity benefit
