Need help how to create trust signed certificate for dynamics CRM 2016 onprem ?

I have a dynamics CRM 2016 onprem installed which has claims auth configured. And it has a signed wildcard certificate which got expired recently.Now I don't have any information how to renew it or create a new one ?the person who was responsible for this activity is not anymore with this . no details how it was created before. (I need to use same wildcard domain name)appreciate for any kind of help.
