Why is Windows asking me to log in to send my parents requests for more screen time? I'm not part of a Microsoft family.

Every time I log in to my PC, a window pups up asking me to log in to be able to ask my parents for more screen time (my parents deleted the Microsoft Family because it was too much trouble and absolutely USELESS so it doesn't really make sense for it to be asking me that). It doesn't go away when I click the "X" and I don't want to log in to potentially make it block me from doing certain things. What can I do? I'm really annoyed.
