Copilot changed recently and I don't know how to get back the old version

So recently Copilot updated or did something. Because my chat history was completely wiped out and now it won't access my files on my computer or my other programs.For example, I use Copilot to assist with various prompts. One recent was for my Workday goals. I put the questions in Copilot and it accessed my Outlook folder and went found emails and feedback from my supervisors and colleagues and it gave a great answer for my Workday goals, but unfortunately it wasn't unlocked in Workday yet so I couldn't input the responses.
