Windows is not activated (0xC0EA000A)

After switching my hard drive into another PC and then changing it back into my current PC both computers are activated I am now getting Error Code 0x0C0EA00A. It looks like the hardware on this device has changed Make sure your connected to the internet and try again later, (I am connected to the internet) I bought my copy of Windows 4 years ago from the MS Store. I tried to look up a product key associated with my purchase to reactivate with but was not able to find anything. Any suggestions?
