Razer cortex wants to delete these files. Is it safe?

So my C drive is quite full and razor cortex has a cleaning feature but since I know there's very important files in C drive I don't know if they are safe to delete or not.This is my C drive.These are some of the "System Junk Files" that razor wants to get rid of (Which use up a lot of space so it'd be helpful!)I want to know if these would be safe to get rid of. My C drive has been full for quite a long time.I can provide more screenshots if necessary. Here are some more just in case
