Why host a website on the Windows platform?

Okay, don't get excited about the obvious. I need some selling help and I'm
looking for your referral to a document or two that explains why hosting on
the Windows platform is an advantage to business persons who have never had
a website before.

don't know about any "Marketing Bumpf" for it, but ASP the .NET framework
and the use of Microsoft Access Databases, which are easy for Joe Bloggs to
administer are a few good reasons

I can't point you to a salesy document but here is a fair thread discussing
the pros/cons of some platforms.

Another option to consider is hosting it externally - that has its own
pros/cons to decide from but many hosts offer multiple platforms so you
could get your feet wet so to speak and perhaps build a case for what needs
you have that might drive you to a particular platform.
