OT Looking for NEWS BULLETIN .wav sound file

Sorry, this is off topic.

I am looking for the sound file they always play right before a very
important news bulletin on tv. I need this for a presentation I am
putting together. I have googled until I'm blue in the face and cant
seem to find this...... It can be in any common sound format, such as
..wav .mp3, etc....

Likely that is a copyrighted file/sound/presentation/compilation {work}
which MIGHT have already been run through the courts... particularly if its
associated with a specific station/broadcast/news organization. That doesn't
necessarily mean you couldn't make something which sounds similar.

Having indicated the above, you might try looking on one of the cell phone
ringtone sites for something like that.

You may have in mind teleprinter noise (as common in
newsrooms up to about 1970) perhaps with several added
rings of an alarm bell (to signal a special bulletin, normal
in teleprinter use). You may find this in standard sound
effects libraries.

used for the purpose.
