Find out what user causes load on fileserver.

Hi All,

On a (2003, single AD domain) fileserver, a few users are causing major
performance issues by copying (very) large amounts of data. Is there any way
to detect or log this ?
When performance is low, I'd like to see which users are causing the extra
load. (to make them an offer they can't refuse
The only thing I can see is the open files.
