Can any one anwer this quick question about ntfs Files system

My data on my many Hard dives have their master table file in different locations on each disk some on the near the front of disk some on back of data on disk and other on in middle of disk should worry about the MTF not in front of disk. I

have Windows 8 64-bit pro any help would super nice
