HELP!!! How to add Exchange account to Windows 8 Mail WITHOUT creating Microsoft Account????

I have Windows 8 tablet devices for INTERNAL only use (no internet access). They are all connected to private domain network. I need them to access internal Exchange server. Spent half !*%$^#!%$* day trying to add exchange server into Mail app but it keeps

asking for Microsoft Account.

I DO NOT want to add Microsoft account for all the users - these are INTERNAL devices never connected outside

WHAT DO I DO?

Help!!!!!
