windows 8 app crash

Hi all,

I have an issue with a few apps bing weather, jetpackjoyride when I lunch the app in metro the app opens for a few seconds then closes with the event logs:

spoken to Microsoft support and they could not fix it, I tried reinstalling the app and I have reinstall windows 8 but it still does not work (it did work 2 months ago)
