Can't change lock screen through policy

Hello,

i like to use the group policy settings under “Computer ConfigurationPoliciesAdministrative TemplatesControl PanelPersonalization” to customize my lock screen but it does not work!

I have a new Windows 8 Enterprise Installation with my custom image under &quotc:windowswebscreencompany.jpg&quot. In the policy under “Force a specific default lock screen image” i made the entry for the custom image and i also made the setting &quotPrevent

changing lock screen image&quot.

Both settings are in the local registry on the target client but there is still the default lock screen visible.

 

I tried a diffend image location and also the policy without the setting &quotPrevent changing lock screen image&quot without success.

I delete the folder under &quotC:ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsSystemDataS-1-5-18ReadOnly&quot without success.

 

I can change the image manually!

Any Idea?
