Contacts not appearing on phone.

Ok, so I have my new Windows Phone 8 Lumia 920!

Awesome phone, I have loved the 7.5, but anyhow, here is the issue:

 

Syncing with Exchange 2010. Account set up. Emails appear, calendar appears, contacts do not appear in &quotPeople&quot.

 

However, if I dial a contact I know, do I manually dial the number of someone in my Outlook contacts, the name appears, and if I view previous calls and click on the contact, it says it is part of my company's sync, and all the info is displayed.

 

So the contact is on the phone, but I cannot view them in 'People'. How in the world does that happen? Yes, I have checked the filters, and the only one selected is the Exchange ActiveSync, and yes, I have checked the Sync settings and contacts are ticked.

Yes I have set to factory defaults.

 

So frustrated right now! All Idea's welcome.
