Windows 8 and Offline files, does not work

Our company now has multiple Windows 8 laptops. I went in to manage offline files, but the link does not do anything. Nothing opens when you click it.

 

Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

 

I open Sync Center.

I click Manage offline files.

 

Nothing happens.
