Windows 8 Enterprise will not get other Microsoft updates

I have Win 8 Enterprise 64bit installed with Office 2013. When I open the windows update program, the update windows says &quotYou'll receive updates for windows only&quot. The &quotchange setting&quot option only gives me the choice

of installing recommended updates the same as important updates. If I go to the &quotfind out more&quot link. it just tells me to go back and &quotEnter

Windows Update in the search box, tap or click Settings, and then tap or click

Install optional updates.&quot I've done this several times but it still says &quotwindows update only&quot. Any suggestions?
