Copy folder from one server to another using batch

Hi i want to copy files from one server to another using a batch file. i have access to shared path of both the server and manually i can copy files from one location to another. I want to make it as schedule job so that it can run on the server an take

backup of folder everyday. Please advise how i can do this.
