Mouse scroll wheel not working

i've seen a lot of people have this problem, where the scroll wheel of the mouse is jaggy and goes up and down.

 

One of the suggestions as to why this happens is that the inside of the mouse is dirty.

 

So obviously i want to open up and clean the insides.

 

 

But for some reason i can only find one screw, and prying it open has been proven to be impossible. I've checked the "sliding stickers" and there's none underneath them.

 

It's an Exibel wireless optical mouse.
