Accidentally deleted my pre-installed windows 8, can I get it back?

I bought a Sony Vios Laptop with pre-installed Windows 8 and upgraded into Windows 10 because it asked by Microsoft.

 

After upgrading my Laptop become so slow... At first I thought it is because I have to much files and application so I try to clear some space and delete files. Later on I found out that the problem was caused by Windows 10 and when I wanted to change back to windows 8 I couldn't do it again so I asked a friend to do it for me but he told me that my recovery files is not exist anymore.

 

Please advise how to get my pre-installed window 8 asap because current windows I use will be expire by May 28 and I don't want to pay anymore.
