Computer not showing up on my network

Hello.

 

 

I recently purchased a 2nd computer, so I'm trying to set up my Home Network and Home Group. On my main computer, I created a Home Group, and wrote down the password. I went to the 2nd computer to Join like the directions said. The only option on 2nd computer, next to Home Group it reads "ready to create" No Home Groups are showing up for the search. I went to main computer to investigate, and 2nd computer is not showing up in the network. Can you please help me?
