I'm using Windows 8 Professional and my computer has an issue, when I opened my PC while starting up it had diagnosed and then after that I see this message said "Your PC did not shutdown properly". I tried many method to fix this issue like: Method 1: sfc/scannow command Method 2: Safe mode Method 3: Boot Configuration Data I execute this at command promt: bootrec /fixmbr and then press enter bootrec /fixboot and press enter bootrec /rebuildbcd and then press enter exit and press enter Method 4: I disabled the antivirus I selected the advanced options and then I clicked the troubleshoot and then Startup Settings then restart. I press then F8 and then I restarted it again but nothing change. Method 5: System restore Method 6: Refresh OS using my license windows 8 Professional Please help me to fix this issue.
