Asking about font

Dear Sir,

 

 

Can you ask you about font developed by Microsoft?

 

I have problem about font name: MingLiU and PMingLiU.

 

Our Chinese team inform me that these font are developed by Microsoft.

 

Now, I have to use one of them for our artwork use in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

 

 

Are these fonts free font?

 

And we are not sure about their scope of work. Can they use only personal purpose or can they use for business purpose too?
