Clients Lenovo Twist Windows Pro 8 downgraded itself to home after updates

I have a client that uses Tablets for portable radiology equipment. I had to purchase and install a Win8 Pro upgrade to join the domain for replication to their server.

 

 

Recently after updates she was not able to login to the domain. After a bit of research I noticed that the OS was no longer pro.

 

 

There is no easy way to search for this (that I can find) due to the confusing search query.

 

 

Has anyone else experienced this or similar??

 

 

I recall having to call support after the PRO upgrade because it didn't take, there were some registry hacks but I cannot remember exactly what they were.
