Windows 10 Update can not be downloaded slowing website ?

Hello Everyone, I have a notebook currently running on 8 and trying to download 10 because I don't know if this is the reason my website loads slow or what < Link removed by VM > I don't have much knowledge about this tech stuff please let me know if this related to my computer or not thanks to all the awesome ppl out there to help me :)
