Trying to figure out Parental Controls

I set up parental controls for my child's account, but it looks like they are still able to change their Windows password or create their own PIN under Settings on their account. Is there any way to prevent my child from changing their account password?

 

 

I also noticed that my child is able to delete their browsing history in Microsoft Edge. I am signed up to get Activity Reports on what my child is looking at online, so perhaps this doesn't matter? Is there a way to disable their ability to delete their browsing history?
