My Blue Snowball Microphone Has a Yellow Exclamation Mark and Says It Has Driver Issues! (Windows 8 & 10)

I have searched everywhere online and it seems a lot of people are having this issue but ever answer that i have seen given doesn't seem to work, I have a Alienware m11x R1 running Windows 10 and a Toshiba Satellite C855 running Windows 8 but both are having the same issue, I have made sure my Drivers are all up to date and I've uninstalled the mic again and again, I even have tried all USB's on both laptops but still nothing. Last thing i checked was Troubleshooting the mic and got a message saying I had a PnP device Problem I feel as if I have tried everything but I'm no computer genius. What else can I do?
