stolen laptop has a local admin and they have the password will it still lock

Greetings,

 

My laptop was stolen with windows 10

 

It has not connected to the internet since it was taken

 

 

However, I had created a local admin account on that computer and gave the person the password in a scam

 

However that account was connect to me the other administrator

 

 

I have tried to lock it but it will not due to it have not been connected to wifi yet.

 

 

Can that person still login that laptop and get to my files and etc!! and can that person wipe me out and stuff. and it the laptop still traceable because I was the the primary one using it and my login and pin is attached to it!

 

 

I have some important files on their and I think this person was given administrator privilege for local usage only! to change setting locally
