My system is really slow even after going back to factory restore (Win8)

I have a laptop (ACER) and uses Windows 8, and has been really slow the past couple of months and I tried returning system to when it was new but it still slow

 

 

I have tried all the troubleshooting stuff and it doesn't find anything

 

 

Without reinstalling Windows (don't have the discs the laptop came with) what else can I do to speed up the system?
