Guest MARLISWILLIAMS Posted June 9, 2018 Posted June 9, 2018 I purchased a new machine 10 days ago, with Windows 10 Home pre-installed. I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro via the Microsoft shop. I had to return the machine for replacement due to a HW defect. I reset the machine to factory SW condition before returning it. I now have a new machine and need to repeat the upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. So, how do I do that via the Microsoft Shop ?? All that I have is an E-Mail with the original purchase order number. I can't wait 2 days for someone at Microsoft to answer this question. Continue reading... Quote
