Activate Windows after a reset when it is saying my Product Key is wrong

Hello, I will try to explain what has happened. I spilled less than a teaspoon of Tea on my Hp Pavilion TouchSmart 14 Sleekbook. I didn't get it unplugged fast enough and it shut itself down. Anyway I tried to start it after it dried a few days and it would start and restart 3 times over and over. So it took me over a month of searching, reading and watching YouTube. I reset it wiped everything was the only option available to me at the time. I had a Windows 10 and now I have Windows 8 64-bit now. I kept getting a error message the an unexpected error occurred while reinstalling Windows 10. I got around that and ended with this. I am searching for how to get it back without having to buy it. But right now I keep getting a window pop up saying Windows needs to be activated and that my Product key doesn't work and I saw an error number 0XC004C003 and saying my Product Key was blocked. My Laptop does not have it written on it anywhere they stopped doing that. I can't find a e - mail that I received when I bought it either from Microsoft nor HP giving me a Product Key to check against what is there in settings. I was thinking maybe one Product Key was for 8 before I got the Windows 10 and another one for 10. IDK... But I need this issue fixed and can't afford a new Key. How do I fix the problem? Well that is about it. Hopefully explained what happened and what I did. Thanks
